Booking Procedures

  • If you wish to book, please fill up the enquiries column in our website, let us know what type of property you wish to book, the Check in Date and Check out Date and the Number of People Coming.
  • We will email you to confirm the availability and the rates. We will hold your reservation for 3 days as we require a Booking Deposit.
  • To confirm your booking, you need to fill up a booking form which we will email to you and we will request you to pay us a Booking Deposit equivalent to 50% of the total accommodation charges.
  • In the booking form, you will need to inform us how you wish to make the booking deposit payment either through credit  card, direct bank in to our Malaysian Bank Account or by telegraphic transfer (TT).
  • Submitting a booking form constitutes that you are authorizing Marina Vacation Condos to immediately deduct 50% of the total accommodation charges from your credit card if you choose this mode of payment.
  • Booking Deposit has to be paid within 3 days after our confirmation of the availability failing which the property will be released to other potential guests.
  • Upon confirmation we have received your Booking Deposit we will email you a confirmation letter and our official receipt.
  • 7 days before the Check in Date, we will email you to request for the balance of the full payment.
  • Upon us receiving the balance of the full payment we will email you our official receipt and we will provide you with the check in arrangement.
  • On Check In Date, guest will have to pay us a refundable Breakage Deposit (Amount depend on property offered).  An official receipt will be issued and upon check out the Breakage Deposit will be refunded to you if there is no damage or loss to any fixtures and fitting in the property. If that do occurred a fair and appropriate deduction may be made.
  • Utilities usage (gas, electricity & water) is included in the quoted rates unless there is prior arrangement.
  • New Tenancy (Check In Time) starts at 2pm and upon the day of Check Out you must vacate the property by 12noon. Late Check Out is strictly subject to availability and a late Check Out charges will apply.
  • A surcharge of 3% applies to all charges paid via credit card.

BOOKING CANCELLATION

After booking deposit has been paid If there is a cancellation of booking by guests due to whatsoever reason or fail to Check In (No Show), the 50% of the Booking Deposit will be not be refunded (forfeited).

  • 我方收齊資料與押金後,將透過電子郵件發送確認函與正式收據。
  • 入住7天前,住客必須付清住宿費用總額的50%。
  • 匯款成功後,我方將透過電子郵件發送正式收據和安排入住手續。
  • 入住當天,住客必須交付損壞押金。退房當日,若一切用具沒有損壞,住客將索回損壞押金;倘若有損壞,將按照物品的價格作賠償。
  • 煤氣、水電等費用已包含在住宿費用。除非另有要求。
